Prior to founding Anchor Payroll, Bruno spent over a decade on Wall Street as a regulator and compliance officer, overseeing complex regulatory frameworks and risk management programs within highly regulated financial environments. His experience navigating federal and industry compliance standards directly informs Anchor’s rigorous approach to payroll accuracy, security, and regulatory adherence.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience, Bruno is responsible for building scalable operational systems, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring Anchor delivers dependable, compliant payroll solutions for growing businesses. With a background in business management and over 25 years in the payroll and human capital management industry, Jeff has been instrumental in shaping Anchor into one of the region’s most trusted providers for small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to co-founding Anchor Payroll, Jeff held leadership roles at a national payroll provider, where he led high-performing sales teams and developed go-to-market strategies across competitive markets. That experience gives him a unique perspective on both enterprise-scale payroll operations and the personalized service model Anchor delivers today.
He is known for building strong relationships with accountants, insurance brokers, and financial institutions—creating a partner network that brings technology, compliance, and service together under one roof.
